NoirPlus Account Deletion Policy

This policy outlines the process, implications, and terms regarding the deletion of NoirPlus user accounts.

Account Deletion Process

1. Initiating Deletion
   • Log in to your NoirPlus account at noirplus.tv/dashboard
   • Navigate to Account Settings
   • Select "Account Delete" option
2. Confirmation Users will receive the following warning:

   Are you sure? All your data including your subscription will be erased and cannot be recovered. No refund will be made. Are you sure you want to delete your account?

3. Execution
   • Account deletion is immediate and automatic upon confirmation
   • The process cannot be reversed
   • No backup or recovery options are available

Data Retention

• All personal data will be permanently deleted from active systems

Important Notes

1. No Refunds
   • Account deletion does not entitle users to refunds for current subscription periods
   • Any unused subscription time will be forfeited
2. Content Access
   • All access to NoirPlus content will cease immediately
   • Downloaded content may become inaccessible
   • Active streaming sessions will be terminated
3. Related Services
   • Access to NoirPlus apps across all devices will be revoked
   • Connected device authorizations will be removed
   • Integration with other Unmuted services may be affected

• By deleting your account, you acknowledge that this action is permanent
• NoirPlus reserves the right to maintain certain data as required by law
